Privacy Policy

VW Inter Trade Co., Ltd. ("VW Inter Trade", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We distribute Farm-A-Roy enoki mushrooms and Snow Beer in Thailand.

For anything about your personal data, write to us at info@vw-intertrade.com.

This policy covers vwintertrade.com and the messages you send us by email or phone. The site is for information only. It has no contact form, no user accounts and no online shop, so you cannot sign up or buy anything here.

We collect only what you choose to send us, and the technical data any website needs to work.

• When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, any business details you share, and what you write in your message.
• When you visit the site: technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser and device type, and the page requested. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Visit and performance statistics: how often pages are viewed and how fast they load. These are collected without cookies, and we see them only as totals.
• Your language choice, stored in one cookie (see Cookies below).

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religious or biometric data. Please do not include it in your messages.

• To answer your enquiry and talk about buying or distributing our products. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (Section 24(3) PDPA), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Section 24(5)).
• To run the site, keep it secure and fix problems. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Section 24(5)).
• To see which pages are read and how fast they load, so we can improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Section 24(5)). These statistics are totals and do not identify you.
• To keep records and meet our duties under Thai law, such as accounting and tax rules when an enquiry turns into business. Legal basis: legal obligation (Section 24(6)).

We do not sell personal data. If we ever want to send you marketing, we will ask for your consent first.

If you choose not to give us your contact details, we may not be able to reply to you.

We share personal data only as far as the purposes above need it, with:

• Service providers who work for us, such as Vercel, which hosts this site and runs Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and the providers of our email and phone services. They may use the data only on our instructions.
• Government authorities, courts or regulators, when the law requires it.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, who must keep it confidential.

Vercel and some other service providers may store or process data on servers outside Thailand. When personal data leaves Thailand, we transfer it only as Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA allow, with safeguards the law accepts.

We keep enquiry messages and contact details for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on any business that results, and for as long as Thai law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.

Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security, and then deleted.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and against access, use or disclosure without permission, and we limit access to the people who need it. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and get a copy of it (Section 30).
• Receive your data in a commonly used electronic format, or have it sent to another controller (Section 31).
• Object to how we collect, use or disclose it (Section 32).
• Ask us to delete it, destroy it or make it anonymous (Section 33).
• Ask us to restrict its use (Section 34).
• Ask us to correct it, or keep it accurate, current and complete (Sections 35 and 36).
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent (Section 19). This does not affect what we did before.
• Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee, the PDPC (Section 73).

Email info@vw-intertrade.com or call +66 2079 1824 and tell us which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We will reply without undue delay, and within 30 days of receiving your request. Where the law allows us to refuse a request, we will tell you why.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the PDPC at pdpc.or.th.

The site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers whether you chose Thai or English, so the site opens in that language next time. It is our own cookie, it holds only the language code (th or en), and it expires after one year.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights work without cookies. Because the only cookie serves a feature you choose to use, the site does not show a cookie consent banner.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but it will not remember your language.

The site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use your data in a significant way, we will say so clearly on this page.
