The site tells you about VW Inter Trade and the products we distribute in Thailand: Farm-A-Roy enoki mushrooms and Snow Beer. It is for information only. You cannot place orders or make payments on the site. Trade enquiries are handled by email or phone, and any sale is covered by a separate agreement between you and us.

We try to keep product details, photos and pack sizes accurate and current, but packaging and product details can change, and photos may differ slightly from the product. Products shown may not be sold in every store or area, and what is in stock varies by store. Please check with the store, or contact us.

Snow Beer is an alcoholic drink. Content about beer on this site is meant for people of legal drinking age, which is 20 or older in Thailand. If you are under 20, please do not view the beer content.

The text, photos, graphics, logos and design of the site belong to VW Inter Trade or to their owners, including the owners of the Farm-A-Roy and Snow Beer brands and the retailers named on the site, and are protected by law. Names and logos are trademarks of their owners.

You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own reference or for doing business with us. You may not copy, change, sell or republish the content, or use our marks or the brand marks shown here, without written permission from their owner.

When you use the site, you must not:

• Use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
• Try to get into the site, its servers or its data without permission, or test its security without permission.
• Send malware, or do anything that overloads or disrupts the site.

If the site links to other websites, the links are there for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

We publish the site in good faith, but we provide it and its content "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that the content is complete, accurate or current, or that the site will always be available or free of errors or viruses. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and it is not part of any contract unless we agree so in writing.

As far as Thai law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the site, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, intentional acts or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

These terms are published in Thai and English. If the two versions differ, the Thai version applies.
